After decades of dedication, Günter and Esra are now entering their well-earned retirement.

Emre Güngördü
Emre has been an indispensable member of our team since YMT was founded. He is responsible for the technical aspects and the supervision of work assigned to external companies. Initially working as a base manager in the charter business, he is now the technical manager for our owner club boats. Emre is always on hand and tireless when it comes to solving technical problems on the boats.
Thanks to his extensive technical skills and tireless dedication, Emre ensures that every yacht is in perfect condition. His dedication and professionalism make him a valuable team member who always finds the best solutions for our customers. He lives with his wife Nilcan and their son Deniz in Kusadasi.
Nilcan Güngördü
Nilcan is responsible for the cleanliness and equipment of our owner club boats. Raised in Istanbul and a boat owner herself, she loves the sea and working on the boats. Nilcan ensures that every yacht is perfectly equipped and ready for your next voyage.
In addition to her main responsibility, she also handles the organizational tasks related to the equipment and maintenance of the boats. Her attention to detail and commitment to the highest quality ensure that all yachts are always in perfect condition. She lives with her husband Emre and their son Deniz in Kusadasi. The family feels a strong connection to the maritime world and enjoys the benefits of coastal living.
